Rackley Roofing | Nashville / Lebanon, TN
Own the Project. Lead the Team. Deliver the Results.
Are you a construction Project Manager who wants more ownership over your projects—and a direct connection between your decisions and the results?
Rackley Roofing is looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to manage commercial roofing and building-envelope projects throughout the Middle Tennessee market.
This is a high-impact position for someone who can see the entire project—not just the schedule. You'll own projects from handoff and preconstruction through execution, financial management, customer communication, and final closeout .
You'll work directly with customers, General Contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and our internal Operations teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, professionally, profitably, and with exceptional quality.
If you enjoy solving complex construction challenges, managing the numbers, building customer relationships, and seeing a project through from beginning to end, this could be your next move.
What's In It for You?
At Rackley Roofing, Project Managers are more than project coordinators. You'll have meaningful ownership over the success of your projects.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Who We Are
Rackley Roofing is a commercial roofing company built around our people, our customers, and the quality of the work we deliver.
Our culture is guided by six core values:
Accountable. Hungry. Humble. Customer-Focused. Innovative. Smart.
Those values influence how we approach our projects and how we treat our customers and each other.
We're looking for Project Managers who take ownership, communicate early, solve problems, understand the numbers, and follow through on their commitments.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary company representative and business owner for your assigned projects .
You'll coordinate the people, information, materials, financials, schedules, contracts, and customer expectations necessary to move projects successfully from award through completion.
Own the Project From Day One
Once a project is handed off, you'll take responsibility for understanding exactly what we've committed to delivering.
You'll:
Manage Design & Preconstruction
You'll help turn the awarded scope into an executable plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive Project Execution
Once construction begins, you'll remain actively involved in keeping the project moving.
You'll:
Own the Financial Performance
Successful Project Managers understand that completing the work is only part of the job. The project also has to perform financially.
You'll be responsible for:
Build Strong Customer Relationships
You'll become one of the customer's primary points of contact after project handoff.
That means you'll:
We want customers to finish a project wanting to work with Rackley Roofing again.
Finish Strong
Great projects aren't finished when the installation ends.
You'll manage the closeout process by:
How We Measure Success
We believe you should understand how your performance will be evaluated.
You'll be successful when you consistently deliver:
Ultimately, success means delivering a project that is safe, high-quality, financially successful, well-managed, and leaves the customer wanting to work with Rackley Roofing again.

The Project Manager Who Will Thrive Here
You may be a great fit if you're the person who wants to know where the project stands before someone has to ask.
You understand your schedule. You understand your budget. You know what's happening in the field. You know what the customer is expecting. And when something changes, you communicate it early and develop a plan.
You don't wait until the end of the project to discover you've lost margin.
You're comfortable having difficult conversations, but you approach them professionally and constructively.
You understand that the Superintendent and Foreman are critical partners—not simply people executing your schedule.
And when a customer calls, they know they're talking to someone who understands their project and will follow through.
Most importantly, you take ownership of the outcome.
Ready to Own Your Projects?
If you're ready for a Project Manager opportunity where you can own the project lifecycle, influence profitability, solve challenging construction problems, and build lasting customer relationships , we'd like to hear from you.
Own the project. Protect the margin. Build the relationship. Deliver the result.
