Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive experience and troubleshooting skills with Windows Server/Desktop and Microsoft Office products
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills; ability to work with a team and with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and provide strong customer service with a sense of urgency
• Basic understanding of network connectivity issues, including TCP/IP
• Associate degree in an IT-related field or currently pursuing a bachelors degree in an IT-related field
• One to three years of IT experience
• Knowledge of office suites, Windows 7/10, and Windows Server 2008–2016
• SQL proficiency
• A+ and N+ certifications are desired but not required
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer, spend long periods using a keyboard, stand or walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds. We may provide reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support in person, by phone, or electronically through our ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues involving desktops and servers
• Create, modify, and delete users in the help desk system, and maintain its management system
• Follow standard help desk procedures by logging interactions, categorizing and prioritizing incidents, and escalating tickets when appropriate
• Upload supporting documents to tickets and close them
• Install, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware and software
• Reset passwords on applicable systems
• Install and use antivirus and malware-cleaning applications, and support Windows platforms and applications such as Office 365 and Outlook
• Prepare and present reports on information systems issues and help desk activity for management review and action
• Follow our CGMP and safety procedures to ensure compliance
• Research questions using available information resources and advise users on appropriate actions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
