The ideal candidate will have experience with capitalization maintenance platforms like Carta and Shareworks, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort working with AI tools. They should be capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment, ideally with experience in large corporate or law firm settings, and possess substantial proficiency with Excel. A four-year degree and/or ABA-accredited paralegal certificate, along with over three years of corporate and transactional experience, are required. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a 37.5-hour workweek, and the salary range is approximately $85,000 to $133,750.
