You’ll identify and eliminate quality losses, reduce process variation, and strengthen One Best Way execution through data-driven problem solving and standard work. This role blends project leadership with people leadership to deliver measurable KPI improvements. The team uses WPS to surface losses, standardize best practices, and sustain improvements through disciplined operating rhythms.
